INITIAL DESIGN & SKETCH
Carmen will refine your idea into a clear concept and prepare a dimensional sketch, giving you a precise preview of your custom piece before production begins.
APPROVAL & FINAL QUOTE
After you approve the sketch and choose your gold karat, a final quote with pricing and timeline will be provided. Once approved, your piece is cast in recycled gold and hand-finished by Carmen.

How much does a custom piece cost?
Pricing depends on design complexity, gold weight, and any stone settings.
We offer 10k, 14k, 18k recycled yellow, rose, and white gold.
What deposit is required?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required once you receive and approve your initial quote. All payments are processed securely through our website’s checkout to ensure your order is fully protected.
When will my piece be ready?
Completion time varies by design, but most custom pieces are finished within 2–4 weeks after your deposit is received.
Can you recreate a piece from another jeweler?
No. I can design a piece inspired by the spirit of another style, but I do not copy original artwork.
