Refund Policy for Barcé Jewelry

This policy applies to all products sold by Barcé Jewelry.

1. General No-Return Policy — All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom, handmade, and made-to-order nature of every piece of Barcé Jewelry, all sales are final.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following reasons:

  • Buyer’s Remorse or Change of Mind: Once production begins, we cannot cancel or refund an order.
  • Incorrect Sizing or Length: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct size is ordered. Please review our Sizing Guide before finalizing your purchase.
  • Accidental Damage or Normal Wear: Our policy only covers manufacturing defects (see Section 2).

Why this policy?
As a small, emerging business specializing in highly personalized jewelry, each piece is produced specifically for you after your order is placed. We do not hold inventory of finished goods, meaning items cannot be restocked or resold once created.

2. Limited Warranty for Manufacturing Defects

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our work. Barcé Jewelry offers a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from improper handling, accidents, or neglect
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scuffing, scratches, or tarnishing)
  • Damage caused by alterations, repairs, or modifications made by a third party

2.1. Procedure for Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives with visible shipping damage or you suspect a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps promptly:

  • Shipping Damage: Report visible shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can file a claim with the carrier.
  • Manufacturing defect:

 Email us at: help@barcejewelry.com within 7 days of delivery if you believe your item has a defect covered under our 30-day limited warranty.

Provide Documentation: Include your order number, a brief description of the defect, and clear, well-lit photographs showing the issue.

Review and Instructions: We will review your claim. If a defect is confirmed, we’ll provide instructions and a prepaid shipping label to return the item for repair or replacement (at our discretion).

3. Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. We encourage you to carefully review your design choices, personalization details, and sizing before placing your order.
