Will my stones look exactly like the photos?
Each gemstone in Barcé Jewelry is genuine and naturally unique, which means subtle variations in color or inclusions are part of its beauty. We carefully select every stone for its quality, radiance, and character, ensuring your piece reflects the same artistry and essence as the one shown.
Do you use recycled metals?
Yes. All Barcé Jewelry is crafted using recycled 14K and 18K gold to ensure both sustainability and authenticity.
Jewelry Care
How should I care for my jewelry?
Remove your jewelry before applying perfume, lotion, or cleaning products. Gently polish with a soft, non-abrasive cloth and store it in its original box or pouch when not in use. For more detailed instructions, please visit our Jewelry Care page.
Can I wear my jewelry every day?
Yes—but we recommend removing it while swimming, showering, exercising, or doing strenuous activities to preserve its shine and finish.
Orders & Shipping
How long will my order take?
The total time depends on the item:
Ready-to-Ship pieces usually ship within 3–7 business days (plus transit time).
Made-to-Order pieces require 2–3 weeks for production before shipping (plus transit time).
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet—Barcé Jewelry currently ships within the United States only.
Can you wrap my order for a gift?
Yes. Every Barcé order is beautifully packaged and ready for gifting. Most pieces arrive in our signature Barcé jewelry boxes, designed to reflect the elegance of your piece. If you'd like to include a personal message, simply leave a note at checkout, and we'll include a handwritten card with your order.
Returns, Repairs & Sizing
Can I return, exchange, or cancel my order?
All sales are final. Because each Barcé piece is handcrafted and made-to-order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review our full Return Policy for details.
What if my ring doesn't fit? Do you offer resizing?
Yes, we offer resizing as a post-sale service on select designs for a fee. Since the original purchase is final sale, the customer is responsible for the sizing fee and shipping costs. Please contact us at info@barcejewelry.com with your order number and desired size for a service quote.
What if my jewelry arrives damaged or defective?
If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at help@barcejewelry.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and provide a resolution under our 30-day Limited Warranty.
Do you offer repair services for wear and tear?
Yes. For issues that fall outside the 30-day warranty (e.g., stone loss due to heavy impact or repairs needed after 30 days), we offer repair services for a fee. Please contact us at info@barcejewelry.com for a service quote.
