At Barcé Jewelry, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with exceptional attention to detail. Our shipping times reflect the care and precision required to create fine-quality jewelry.

1. Production and Processing Times

To set clear expectations, we outline two categories of processing and production times:

A. Ready-to-Ship Jewelry (Select Chains and Bracelets)

Production Time: None (pieces are pre-made).

Processing Time: Please allow 3–7 business days for security inspection, final packaging, and preparation before shipment.

B. Made-to-Order Jewelry (All Other Barcé Pieces)

Production Time: Please allow 2–3 weeks for custom production in our workshop.

Processing Time: Add 3–5 business days for inspection and packaging after production is complete.

2. Secure Shipping Requirements

 

To ensure the safe delivery of your jewelry, all orders include the following security measures:

Shipping Fees: Standard shipping is free for all domestic orders. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Carrier & Tracking: Orders are shipped via trusted U.S. carriers such as FedEx or UPS, with tracking information emailed once your package is dispatched.

Insurance: Every shipment is fully insured for its retail value against loss or damage in transit.

Signature Confirmation (Mandatory): For your security, all shipments require a direct signature upon delivery. Packages will not be left unattended. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for your order.

3. Scope and Responsibility

A. Shipping Area

We currently ship within the United States only and do not offer international shipping at this time.

B. Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address carefully before checkout. Barcé Jewelry is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

C. Carrier Delays and Loss in Transit

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (e.g., severe weather, holidays, or logistical issues) once a package is in transit. In the rare event of a confirmed loss in transit (before confirmed delivery), we will initiate an insurance claim and work with you on a replacement or refund.

D. Theft or Loss After Delivery

Barcé Jewelry is not liable for packages lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery and/or captures a delivery signature.
